Recipe: Grilled Passionfruit Bananas
Ingredients:
2 large (medium ripe) bananas
Pulp from 2 passionfruit
2 dollops yogurt
1tsp brown sugar
Method:
Slice bananas in half length ways, sprinkle with brown sugar and place under griller. Grill till heated through. Divide bananas between 2 plates, top with yogurt and passionfruit and serve while still warm.
