Rhubarb
Recipe: Rhubarb and Apple Sauce
Ingredients:
5 stalks of rhubarb
3 apples
juice of lime
1/2 cup sugar
water
Method:
Chop apples and rhubarb, put in saucepan squeeze in lime juice add sugar, add enough water to cover ingredients. bring to boil then turn down heat to allow to simmer until sauce thickens a little. serve with icecream, cream, custard etc.
