basil, rocket, lemon myrtle
Recipe: Dot's tasty toast
Ingredients:
Good sourdough bread thick slices
homegrown grape tomatoes sliced lengthways
Chilli
spreadable cheese
basil leaves to serve
Method:
Place bread slices on baking paper-lined trays. Spread cheese over bread. Top with as many sliced grape tomatoes to fit. Bake in a hot oven till tomotoes look semi dried. Remove from over optional drizzle very lightly with good olive oil top with basil also homegrown.
