Recipe: Passionfruit Butter
Ingredients:
125g butter
155g caster sugar
180ml fresh passionfruit pulp
4 egg yolks.
Method:
Combine the butter, sugar, passionfruit and egg yolks in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 10 - 15 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Transfer to a sterilised jar and store in fridge. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
