Sofie from Nambour
The fruit or vegetable grown is:
Herbs- parsley, thyme, basil, chives, oregano, coriander, sage and mint
Recipe: Herb Butter
1 cup soft butter
3 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs
e.g. parsley, thyme and basil or other favourites
a little finely chopped garlic or fresh lemon juice if you wish!
Simply mix the chopped herbs into the softened butter in a little bowl - it is so easy and it tastes great on warm bread, vegetables, fish or steak! Portion sized rolls may be frozen in cling wrap.
