Beetroot "Bulls Blood "
Recipe: Beetroot Dip
Ingredients:
500g Beetroot
1 cup natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Boil Beetroot for 20 min until tender. Cool then remove skins. Chop coarsely then mix in remaining ingredients. Serve with crisp pitta bread.
