The fruit or vegetable grown is:
Cherry Tomatoes / Iceberg Lettuces
Recipe: Burger Faces
Ingredients:
500g lean Minced Beef
1 small onion
50g Breadcrumbs
2 free range eggs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tablespoon Tomato sauce
oil for greasing
2 burger buns
To decorate:
Iceberg lettuce leaves
Cherry tomatoes
Slices of gherkin
slice of cheese
1 tube of processed cheese spread
a few black peppercorns
Method:
Put all ingredients for the burgers in a bowl and mix. Divide the mixture into 4 then flatten into patties. Cook the patties in a frypan. Put a lettuce leaf on one half of a burger bun - then the pattie. Then make a face with the tomato for the nose and gherkin for the eyes, cheese sauce for the mouth.
