How to find a relocalisation business

Some businesses are already making changes, but it may not be clearly signed or promoted.

A friendly inquiry i.e. 'do you stock local produce?' or 'where does your..... come from?'  may reveal a potential stockist.

On the other hand, your inquiry might encourage a business to make some positive changes towards supporting the local food network.

Frequent local farm stalls

Keep an eye out for road side farm stalls when you are out and about. Put your money in the honesty box and enjoy the seasonal surplus.

Shop at your local produce market

Ask questions and seek local producers at mixed markets in your local area. For more information on produce markets in your area see local food markets in Food System/Supplies.
